Partial Payment Installment Agreements
In cases where the client cannot afford to repay the tax debt, even given 5-6 years to do so, ITG will negotiate to get the client a lower payment. These agreements are NOT designed to pay off the tax debt. Rather, the client makes a small monthly payment until the IRS loses the right to collection of the tax debt because of the statute of limitations.
